Facility Manenance CoordinatorWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Facility Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the upkeep and operational efficiency of our dealership facilitity. This role involves managing various aspects of facility maintenance, including landscape planning, snow plowing, general building maintenance, and coordination with external service providers for heating, cooling, roofing, network systems, EV charging, and building repairs.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate landscape maintenance activities to ensure a clean and attractive dealership environment.Organize and oversee snow plowing and ice removal operations during winter months to maintain safe access and parking areas.Perform or oversee general building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed.Act as the primary liaison with external service providers such as heating and cooling companies, roofing contractors, network and systems specialists, and EV charging station vendors.Schedule and supervise maintenance activities conducted by external contractors, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.Monitor and maintain dealership facilities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Coordinate and oversee building repairs, renovations, and construction projects as required.Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and repairs for future reference and reporting purposes.Troubleshoot facility-related issues and implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.QualificationsProven experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or a related field.Knowledge of landscaping principles, snow removal techniques, and general building maintenance practices.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
