The Raytheon Airborne Spectrum Dominance Finance Organization is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a high visibility, key development program. This role serves as a critical business partner. You will partner and collaborate with the Program Director and IPTs to manage external and internal Earned Value requirements, bi-quarterly EACs, monthly forecasts, monthly CDRLs and more. You will be expected to interface with key team members by presenting and discussing key financial metrics. We are looking for someone who can successfully partner and influence the program team to help meet financial goals and commitments and support customer deliverables and requests. You must be able to prioritize and allocate resources in a challenging, fast paced environment.
This position is being offered as onsite based on the needs of the business. We expect you to be onsite 3-5 day per week on average to El Segundo, California.
What You Will Do
External and Internal Earned Value Management.
Estimates at Complete and Latest Revised Estimates.
Monthly Forecasting, Short Range Outlooks, Long Rang Plans, Annual Operating Plans.
Return on Investment Analysis.
Risk and Opportunity Management.
Assisting Program Director and key personnel in the understanding of financial impacts.
Constantly looking for improvements to processes and reporting.
Customer engagement and relationship management.
Ad hoc tasks in support of current implementation or new business activities.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
Defense experience.
Program Controls experience.
Earned Value Management experience.
Estimate at Complete experience.
Financial Planning experience.

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
