Description
Bollinger Motors is seeking a Financial, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst. This position reports to our Senior FP&A Analyst. This is an in-person role at the company's Oak Park, MI headquarters.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support the forecasting and planning process through analysis of actual results and variances to forecast and budget Own the data management and maintenance of the Company's forecasting/planning software, Workday Adaptive Ensure that data in Workday Adaptive is reconciled to the Company's ERP, Plex, and that reporting is consistent between the two systems Work with Manufacturing and Sales/Marketing to sync up data from the systems to Adaptive for Budget, Forecast, KPIs Assist in maintenance of monthly financial reports, including expense and capital forecast, in close coordination with the Company's Finance team Assist in preparation of the monthly financial reporting package for internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner Work cross functionally to support departments on budget- and forecast-related requests Support the overall Annual Budget process with department managers and directors Create reports with direction from Finance Director and Sr FP&A Analyst. These reports will be used for analysis by Finance and the Depts Ad hoc reporting and assistance to the Finance and Accounting team Great learning opportunity with regular cross-functional interaction in a dynamic environment Take on additional responsibilities and projects based on the needs of the growing organization Requirements
Education, Skills and Knowledge

Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting 2-5 years' experience, manufacturing or automotive industry experience preferred Analytical, detail-oriented skillset with high commitment to accuracy and timeliness Self-motivated team player with an exceptional level of honesty and integrity Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, with knowledge of Power BI a plus Experience working with ERPs, Consolidation systems and Budgeting software, experience with Workday Adaptive Planning preferred.
