Fitness/Pilates Instructor

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engaging fitness classes, educating clients on proper exercise techniques, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire individuals of varying fitness levels. Certified in Pilates encouraged but not required.
Responsibilities
Lead group fitness classes with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Educate participants on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Maintain a clean and organized workout environment within the health club.
Engage in fitness sales to promote memberships.
Experience
Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a similar role within a gym or health club setting.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.
Background in Pilates or group fitness instruction is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate others.
Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred.
Fluent English & Spanish
3-4 days of extensive training before start day.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
