We are currently looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our Team!
What You Will Do:
Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, arcade, waterpark, shopping, dining, and local entertainment.
Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
Compute bills, collect payments and make change for guests.
Understand and enforce the hotel company credit policies. Account for all cash and make deposits in accordance with hotel and company policies.
Professionally respond to guest issues and concerns effectively turning a negative guest experience into a positive recovery of those issues.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience Needed
Prior customer service experience required.
Ability to effectively utilize hotel software systems.
Friendly and courteous demeaner.
High School diploma or GED.
