Job Summary:
We are looking for a personable and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, manage reservations, and assist with guest inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a positive, friendly attitude.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes efficiently.
Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
Manage room assignments and update booking systems accurately.
Address guest concerns and ensure their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
Provide information about the hotel's facilities and local attractions.
Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation software's.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
