We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a restaurant host and be able to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities: Greet guests as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate area Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries Manage reservations and seating arrangements Assist with guest requests and provide recommendations Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements: Professional Appearance Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills Flexibility to work evenings and weekends MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 3-4 SHIFTS PER WEEK
