Front End Representative

Inmediata Health Group is seeking a
Front/End Representative
responsible for receiving, managing and reconciling paper and electronic organization determinations (pre-authorizations, claims, adjustments reimbursement) inventory.
Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving, managing, and reconciling inventory, and reports of paper and electronic claims in any of the receiving possible methods.
Responsible for handling the process of receiving and performing quality checks of the paper claims received.
Responsible for in putting data form paper claims into American Dental Association (ADA) system
Comply with applicable regulations at the Insurance Commissioner, Center for Medicare, and Medicaid Services (CMS) and HIPPA level.
Responsible for returning to the insurance carrier all paper documents received at the end of the month.
Responsible for managing the process of stamping and data entry to all the paper claims received in compliance with established quality standards and KPI's.
Responsible for assigning all the insurance's requests as expedited and active the internal process to comply with the contractual and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for maintaining the Inventory Application updated.
Requirements
Two years of experience in data entry, preferably in the healthcare industry.
High School diploma required; two-year college degree preferred.
Experience in office administration.
Experience maintaining a professional level of privacy in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant regulations.
