What You Will Do
We're looking for a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator who can work across the focus areas below. This person will work very closely with our Ops team to support all operational functions including purchase order fulfillment, inventory management, transportation and logistics, and more.
This role requires you to be based in New York City metro. You will be working a hybrid schedule with 1 - 2 days a week in the Williamsburg, Brooklyn office. This is a support role with plenty of room for growth and opportunity for development.
Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day operational flows across DTC, wholesale, retail order fulfillment, logistics and warehousing, inventory management, and customer experience. Manage all aspects of fulfillment operations across both direct-to-consumer and retail channels. Work collaboratively with warehouse/3PL in regards to PO receiving, order fulfillment and special projects. Analyze and report on service level performance across channels to identify trends & insights and escalate process-change requirements. Develop and implement strategies to optimize fulfillment workflows, enhance delivery speed, and reduce operational costs while maintaining high service levels. Determine optimized routing of all shipping activities. Report on and manage finished goods inventory levels. Serve as the primary point of contact for all fulfillment queries, internally and externally. Fully embody the values of the brand and represent the brand effectively to external parties. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years experience working in an operations/warehouse operations support-related role within the CPG industry. The ability to manage multiple projects both between internal company departments and with external parties/customers Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in flexible team structures You are able to re-prioritize time-critical tasks on the fly, with the flexibility and mindset to deal with regularly changing tasks. Proactive & innovative- you take responsibility to get things done and are willing to roll up your sleeves Prior experience / familiarity with Cin7/DEAR Systems a plus! Benefits
