Position **Garden Center Sales Associate (Seasonal)**
Description We are seeking a motivated individual with gardening / landscaping knowledge to join our Garden Center team located at our Bozeman store. This position is seasonal, but comes with the option to become permanent full or part-time positions in the fall. You will be responsible for selling products and merchandising in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities
* Welcome & identify customer needs
* Explain products & services to customers
* Operate registers
* Maintain live goods
* Knowledge of our in-stock live & hard goods
* Enter & process outdoor patio furniture orders
* Monitor inventory& assist in stocking / inventory fills
* Investigate & resolve customer issues
Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to build rapport with customers
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Positive attitude
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Full-time salary / wages start at $17+ per hour, depending on experience.
Positions include all shifts and weekends and applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
