They are looking for an insurance defense/general liability lawyers to join their teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in all their needs on their general liability cases.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including depositions, motion practice, and trial experience. The lawyer will be responsible for representing clients in a wide range of insurance defense matters, including automobile accidents, personal injury, and general liability cases. The lawyer will also be responsible for managing client relationships and negotiating with opposing counsel.
Position Details:
Responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner. Conduct accident scene inspections with experts, draft reports and analyze liability, causation and damages. Conduct depositions, attend hearings and argue motions. Interview witnesses, expert depositions, negotiate with opposing counsel and conduct legal research. Qualifications:
2 years of insurance defense/liability litigation experience. Ability to handle files from inception to trial Experience with depositions, hearings, meditations and trial. Strong academic credentials Excellent research and writing abilities Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and a strong work ethic.
