About The Role:The People Team at Notion exists to help build a generational company that enables people to do their best & most meaningful work. We're looking for a Global Head of People Partners to oversee our People Partner function. Our People Partners team are trusted advisors to our leadership team to ensure we're realizing our vision of talent density.
What You'll Achieve:Assemble a standout team of Global People Partners.Inspire your team to deliver exceptional work for our Notino's through a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.Create and execute people strategies that ensure Notion realizes its vision of talent density.Advise the leadership team on Talent Planning, Organizational Design, Retention Strategies, and Change Management.Share proactive insights from people data to retain top talent.Support the 360 performance review process: manager calibrations, training sessions, compensation planning, and office hours.Coach Leaders to effectively manage performance and increase employee engagement.Skills You'll Need to Bring:15+ years of HR experience across talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management.Experience partnering with all functions: Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, and G&A.Led a global team with knowledge of global HR practices and employment laws.Passionate about crafting a delightful employee experience.Communicate persuasively in an asynchronous culture.Remain tactful and calm in all situations.Great sense of humor.Nice to Haves:Experience working at a global fast-growing technology company.Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $300,000 - $350,000 per year.
