Locations (9) About the Role The Company is seeking a Global Head of Project Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership of project management teams, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all client projects. This role requires the integration of separate project management teams into a unified unit, the development of global project management strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Global Head will also be involved in team management, client engagement, operational excellence, and risk management, and must have a strong background in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
Candidates for the Global Head of Project Management position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in project management within the relevant industry, with a proven track record of managing global teams and complex projects. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree being preferred. The role demands excellent communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels. Experience with clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable. The Global Head will be instrumental in fostering cross-functional collaboration, particularly with operational, data analysis, and data management leads, and must be adept at managing project portfolios, resource allocation, and budget management.
