JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance and routine inspection program on assigned facility
Perform routine facilities and utilities inspections, create Work Orders, and assist in repair schedule
Perform routine and/or preventive maintenance as needed or assigned by supervisor for ensuring the ongoing functions of air conditioning systems
Periodically monitors and inspects air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical system to ensure continued proper operation.
Investigates air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical complaints; performs minor repairs.
Replace damaged bulbs, lamps, receptacles and other minor electrical works.
Perform finishes repairs on walls, floors, and ceilings as required.
Retouch paint on floors, walls, ceilings, doors and partitions as required.
Repair door hardware as required.
Relocate office equipment as required.
Install office furniture as required.
Maintain work area clean and free of debris.
Respond to emergency calls during and after hours.
Has basic ability to solder, braze refrigerant lines, water lines, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma required
Associate degree preferred
Ability to lift 50lbs. on a routine basis
Ability to work at heights
Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience
Valid PR driver's license
