To be a great fit for this role, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in enablement for sales, customer success, and account management, with a proven track record of reducing the time to productivity for new hires. A strong background in adult education, role readiness, and leading high-performing teams is essential. The ideal candidate will have a history of successful collaboration with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams, and experience with various enablement and knowledge management tools. The role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, is adaptable to change, and can effectively manage a team to deliver results in line with the company's mission.
