Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in tech startups and specific experience in the crypto/web3 industry. Deep expertise in financial mechanisms, token economics, and on-chain analytics is essential.
