About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Reserving to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to range analysis, large loss modeling, portfolio optimization, and assessing the profitability of business written. This role also involves managing direct reports and requires a candidate with a strong background in the field, ideally with at least 10 years' experience and a professional designation as an FCAS or a career ACAS. Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, and Power BI is essential for this position.
