Key responsibilities include supporting the excellence of the academic program, retaining and recruiting a diverse and mission-aligned faculty, and exploring the intersection of academic achievement with student's mental and emotional well-being. The Head of School will also be expected to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, partner with the Advancement office in fundraising efforts, and shepherd the school's dedicated employee, student, and parent bodies.

Professional qualifications for the role include a successful history in educational leadership, a deep understanding of the demands of an educational institution, and a personal and professional commitment to equity and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have experience in school operations, fundraising, and board relations, as well as a proven track record in managing a complex educational organization.
