Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing or therapy. One (1) year experience as an RN, LVN, PT or PTA. Required Certifications and Licensures: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of agency operation. Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
