Hospital Pharmacy Operations Manager

An Accredited Medical Center in the East Bay Area has just announced an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Leader to join their team as the Pharmacy Operations Manager.

This 150 bed Healthcare System facility is Accredited and Awarded by The Joint Commission and strives to provide top quality patient care. The Pharmacy Operations Manager will join an Acute Care Medical Center that boasts a full range of services including inpatient, outpatient, medical and surgical services.

The Pharmacy Operations Manager will join a staff dedicated to providing the highest patient care and focus on patient safety. They will be well supported by an experienced staff of Pharmacists and Technicians and report directly to the Director of Pharmacy Services. They will work closely with other Healthcare Leaders and physicians to ensure that each patient is given an individualized treatment plan.

This role will be both clinical and administrative in nature and will allow the Pharmacy Manager to practice at the top of their scope. This position will require a knowledge of budgetary and fiscal responsibilities while directly leading their clinical team of 30+ FTE which includes fellow pharmacists and technicians.
