Host/Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/recepcionist to join our team at Believe Wellness Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
Greet clients as they arrive and seat them accordingly
Provide beverages to clients in the waiting area
Manage appointments
Maintain a clean reception area
Collaborate with others to ensure efficient service
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
