Vieux Vins Group is actively recruiting for a dynamic Human Resource Manager. As the HR Manager, you will manage the practices, processes and strategies of the company. The Human Resource Manager will work a hybrid schedule - 4 days in a beautiful office space based in Brooklyn, with an additional 1 day a week work from home option.
To be successful in the role, one must manage -
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Collaborate with the executive team to ensure HR initiatives support company goals. Performance Management: Establish and manage performance management systems, including goal setting and reviews. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and professional development. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Develop and enforce HR policies in accordance with legal requirements. HR Metrics and Analytics: Implement HR metrics to assess program effectiveness. Analyze workforce trends to inform strategic decisions. HR Technology: Utilize HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Payroll Specialties: Process payroll accurately and on time. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and government agencies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification preferred. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements. Multi-state HR exposure highly preferred (CA, NY, and CO markets) Experience working with employee benefits and brokerage preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in developing and implementing HR programs. Proficiency in payroll processing and administration. Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws. Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Pay Range
$90,000.00 Annually to $110.00 Annually
