Description:
• The HR Operations Manager will use project management tools to scope, lead and ensure timely delivery of multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment with many partners, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Collaborate effectively and efficiently with a variety of stakeholders within HR and the wider organization to build well-structured project plans. Translate organizational and business needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timelines, and milestones.
• Identifies and facilitates the coordination of meetings and workshops with key stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
• Partners with Change Management Manager on all change management/communications activities.
• Manages deliverables and project execution activities from the initiation phase through post-live support.
• Develops process maps/workflows from conducting current state process analysis to developing redesigned processes.
• Acts as a liaison between HR leadership and other senior executives internally and externally.

Experience Desired:

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in project management - preferably HR/ HRIS System implementations and/or upgrades.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects and tasks. Align resources to ensure priorities with multiple deadlines are met.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to do process mapping and pain point documentation.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on details.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification and/or prior experience with HR or Change Management programs or projects preferred.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
