Human Resources Manager | Boston, MA A prestigious HNW family office in Boston is seeking an experienced Human Resources Employee Relations Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead employee relations discussions and investigations with estate managers and household staff throughout the east coast.
As the HR Manager, you will work closely with estate managers and household staff to foster a supportive and efficient work environment. You will report to the Director of Human Resources, handling employee relations concerns with a high degree of emotional intelligence. Experience in private service human resources and bilingual is a plus!
This position involves 40%-50% travel, mainly on the East Coast. We are looking for a polished and professional individual who can positively represent the family office.
