Human Resources Support

Partnering with HR Director and Managers to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Sets up and maintains employee personnel files, departmental position control files, and other personnel records; compiles data and prepares routine statistical and narrative reports relating to the departmental work force profile for affirmative action reporting, employee turnover trends, staff utilization patterns and other personnel-related matters and processes.
Responsible for the payroll.
Provides administrative and human resource function support.
Requisitos:
BA degree in Human Resources The HR Clerk must be a team player and ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions, carry out clerical procedures, speak and write simply and directly, observe differences in copy and proofread words and numbers quickly and accurately.
Effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions. Fluency in Microsoft Windows (excel, word and power point. Fully Bilingual (english/spanish).
