Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience in customer service
Required Internet Type
: Liberty (fiber optic or coaxial cable), Claro (DSL or fiber optic), Neptuno, Aeronet or VPNet (Radio Frequency or fixed wireless internet) 50 mg or more.
Once hired, you must present the evidence of internet at home: Screenshot of "Speed Test" and photo of Modem.
The training will take about 6 weeks and will be face-to-face at the client's facilities in Cataño. The training will be paid, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Availability:
Monday to Sunday (8am - 8pm)
Employment in "remote" mode will only be offered to those candidates who live outside the metro area. Municipalities considered metro zone: San Juan, Bayamón, Carolina, Cataño, Guaynabo, Trujillo Alto y Toa Baja.
