The Crown Is YoursAs an iGaming App Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the online casino experience at Golden Nugget (GNOG). In this role, you will craft engaging, user-friendly casino lobbies through innovative content merchandising and thoughtful layout design, directly enhancing player interaction and satisfaction. By collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams, you will ensure that our platforms not only meet but exceed the dynamic needs of our diverse customer base. Additionally, you will continuously refine our offerings by utilizing customer data and industry trends, ensuring our position as market leaders in the online gaming landscape.
What you'll do as an iGaming App Experience ManagerDesign and implement innovative layouts for our online casino lobbies, optimizing for user engagement and differentiation across our brands.Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams to align experience strategies with customer segment needs and business goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and support new feature roadmaps.Evaluate customer usage data and feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall player experience.Support initiatives to test and optimize lobby design and functionality, incorporating best practices in UI/UX design.Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure DraftKings and Golden Nugget remain market leaders in online gaming.What you'll bringA minimum of 5 years of experience in site content and merchandising management experience, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a track record of improving online customer experiences.A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Familiarity with software design tools and the ability to quickly learn and adjust to new in-house tooling.Strong understanding of player behavior and customer segmentation in the online gaming or entertainment industry.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to oversee cross-functional initiatives.Join Our TeamWe're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
