Industrial Engineer

A large window manufacturing company is recruiting a bilingual industrial engineer willing to relocate. The position offers an annual salary of $85,000 + DOE along with relocation assistance. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements. • Understand and address daily challenges on the production floor. • Support specific Product Groups in achieving their goals. • Implement Continuous Improvement (CI) and LEAN concepts. • Use engineering principles and CI tools to develop current and future state plans. • Maintain a roadmap for capital project proposals. • Support equipment acquisition and project initiatives. • Apply knowledge in layout planning, work procedures, cost analysis, crewing guidelines, and takt time impacts.
Requisitos:
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, willing to relocate and have at least one year of experience. BS degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical preferred). • Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is a plus. • Strong communication skills with the ability to ask insightful questions. • Ability to use or learn AutoCAl and Inventor. • Experience leading cross-functional teams. • Understanding of manufacturing principles, procedures, and technology.
