Insurance/Recruitment entry level position
Job Responsibilities Set up insurance claims Call employees regularly for status checks Gathering medical documents, police reports, legal documents Drafting, emailing, faxing memos Performs recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering phone calls and monitoring emails. Works closely with the Recruitment and Personnel department to maintain the candidates database and handle any relevant paperwork. Assists in preparing and posting job advertisements in print and social media. Screens candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and work experience. Greets and assists candidates with interviews onsite. Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process, like callbacks or rejection emails. Resolves issues such as interview cancellations in a timely manner. Assists successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.
