A growing healthcare company is seeking a dynamic leader to manage intake operations. The ideal candidate will excel in dealing with crises and issues, handling a team of 10+ representatives, screening clients, managing escalations, and demonstrating strong people skills.

Responsibilities Include: Oversee and manage the intake process for new clients. Lead and supervise a team of 10+ intake representatives. Handle crises and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Screen clients to ensure they meet necessary criteria for services. Manage escalations and provide solutions to complex problems. Develop and implement intake procedures and policies. Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction. Train and mentor new and existing intake staff. Ideal Qualifications: Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in client screening and intake processes. Ability to handle escalations and provide effective resolutions. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Background in healthcare or related field is a plus.

Salary: $65k - $75k/Year
