About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of AI to join their team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the organizational vision for AI adoption, encompassing both technical and business perspectives. The Head of AI will play a critical role in the company's growth, and as such, the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.

This pivotal role requires a leader with a hands-on approach, at least 5 years' of experience with various AI technologies, and a background in Python programming. The Head of AI will be expected to define best AI/ML practices, lead AI teams, and have a proven track record of building and deploying end-to-end ML models. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' of management or lead experience, particularly within the AI start-up/scale-up space. The role is fully remote and demands a proactive individual who can lead from the front, driving the AI agenda for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GenAI, ML, Deep Learning, or other AI technologies, and be adept at integrating AI into the business to create tangible value.
