About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of HR to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a robust HR strategy that supports the organization through a period of growth and transformational change. This role involves working closely with senior key stakeholders, leading an established HR team, and ensuring a cohesive and value-added HR service in line with business objectives. The Head of HR will also be involved in coaching and managing HR practitioners, driving a positive and proactive culture, and providing senior management with HR advice in line with current legislation.
