Interim Stroke Coordinator Needed in California Healthcare System
The Position
A highly skilled Interim Stroke Coordinator is needed to support and lead stroke care operations within a dynamic California healthcare system. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Adult Inpatient Nursing. The Interim Stroke Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the stroke program, maintaining survey readiness, and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines. Additionally, this leader will work on quality improvement projects and support the team with stroke-related patient care activities. The ideal candidate will have strong stroke leadership experience, advanced clinical knowledge, and the ability to lead in a complex, multi-divisional healthcare environment. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements Bachelor's degree and Master of Science in Nursing required. Active California RN license required. Stroke Coordinator Certification (SCRN) or equivalent certification required. At least three years of experience in stroke or neuro care required. Pay Details Pay Range: $160,000 -$170,000 annually. Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
