About the Role The Company is seeking an Interim Certified Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Talent Management Lead Consultant for an immediate remote contract opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Workday HCM projects, which includes the design of the recruiting and talent module, and providing strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization. This role involves a deep involvement in IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity as they relate to Workday applications. The Consultant will also lead and execute day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements, participate in process design, and provide support throughout the package implementation lifecycle.

Applicants must hold the necessary Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Talent & Performance certifications and have a minimum of five years of experience in ERP, HCM, recruiting, and talent implementation and upgrade. The role requires experience in leading functional design, configuration, and process alignment, as well as a detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work closely with senior management and client personnel, and to deliver work at a high level of quality. The ideal candidate will have completed at least one full implementation with Workday HCM and possess a Workday certification in HCM, recruiting, and talent.
