Junior Data Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data analysis and a desire to grow their skills in predictive modeling and data-driven decision-making. This role will support the team in gathering and analyzing data, developing reports, and creating visualizations to aid in business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection, cleaning, and processing of data from various sources.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to help identify trends and patterns.
Support the development and maintenance of predictive models and analytical tools.
Create reports and visualizations to present findings to internal stakeholders.
Work closely with senior analysts to develop your technical skills and understanding of business processes.
Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your analytical capabilities.
Contribute to the documentation and standardization of data processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Excel.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A strong desire to learn and develop in the field of data analytics.
Salary Range:
$55,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
