Job Responsibilities
Maintain titles and MSO's for inventoryEnter new vehicle purchases into inventoryPrepare title work for sold vehicles, and research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the auto titling processReconcile schedules on a daily basisMaintains files, records, and compiling statistical reports as neededChecks accuracy of vehicle sales and purchase prices and verifies signatures complete on all formsOther duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous Dealership experience requiredCVR, ATC, & CDK experience Excellent communication skillsWillingness to adhere to established policies and proceduresThrives in an entrepreneurial environment that is constantly changingStrong organization & time management skillsSelf-Motivated, Team player, with attention to detail What We Offer: Paid Time Off Employee vehicle purchase discountsFlexible work scheduleCareer advancement
