As we continue to grow and expand the practice, we now seek LAW CLERKS to provide support to the Attorneys in all 10 of our California offices. *Applicants must reside in the state of California and be awaiting results for the California State Bar!
Specific duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
assisting attorneys in all areas of discovery and litigation
reviewing and summarizing medical records
attending depositions/cross examinations of doctors and taking notes/writing summaries
legal research
drafting petitions, briefs & other legal documents
other assigned or guided tasks as may be needed to support Attorneys and legal staff
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Must be awaiting California State Bar Exam results
Basic computer skills
Ability to work well in a team environment with or without supervision
Ability to prioritize
Attention to detail and high quality are ESSENTIAL to the success of anyone in this role!
