Lead Consultant About the role
Provide technical governance and assurance of complex solutions that span across multiple technical streams.
What you'll be doing Assist with pre-sales engagement; qualification of design and/or opportunities to win customer businessAttend and present at customer meetings to ensure and understanding of customer requirements and to assist with knowledge transferLeads technical teams and takes ownership of complex assignments that span multiple technology streams ensuring design solutions meet the customer contractual requirements Produce technical, presales and consultative documentation across technology streamsQuality assure all deliverables produced by team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of dataBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across ComputacenterKeep up to date with current and future market developments, technologies, product and strategiesManage design and implementation of low risk/medium scale solutionsUnderstand and abide by all security and operational policies.Effective delivery of assignments using Computacenter's methodologiesDelivery of quality solutionsAchievement of utilization targets Successful handover of technology to internal or customer support functionSafety and security of facility.Embrace and support Computacenter's mission and core values. What you have Graduate level or relevant technical experience within a large organization or IT IndustryRelevant qualifications or accreditations in one or more technology area(s)Legally eligible to work in the United States.Ability to design complex multi technology solutionsAbility to design complex technical solutions and provide input into bid, project and technical documentsBroad knowledge of the business benefits that technical solutions can provideAbility to lead and organize a large virtual technical team, with good negotiation skills and people management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present in a group setting.Prefer a strong working knowledge of computer system applications (e.g.: Windows, Microsoft Office, OSX, Salesforce).
