Lead Intake Specialist

Intake Specialist (BCBA Student or BCBA preferred)

$30 - $42 per Hr.

Responsibilities:


Conduct intake interviews with new clients and their families, often in their homes Gather and document necessary information for new client assessments Coordinate and schedule initial assessments for prospective clients Collaborate with the clinical team to facilitate client transitions into the program Manage and organize intake documentation and client records Provide outstanding customer service to prospective clients and their families Handle phone inquiries and occasionally respond to after-hours calls Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preffered Previous experience in client intake, preferably in a healthcare or ABA setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and related services Non-judgmental and sympathetic demeanor Ability to work in various home environments with a positive attitude car needed

Full-time position, typically 9-5 or 9-6, with occasional evening work

Mix of office-based work and home visits
