ACTIVITIES
Assist in building the multiannual CAPEX plan, collecting needs from different internal divisions but also suggesting investment for long-term maintenance, efficiency, or compliance.
Assesses with team TEMPR level of compliance with TE technical guidelines (ERIS) and develops action plans to upgrade facilities and/or equipment when necessary.
Provides support for Project Management to the team including scope statements, cost estimates, design, permit planning and procurement, scopes of work, budgeting & scheduling.
Ensures all engineering projects are executed in compliance with all applicable government regulations, company Controls requirements, and HSEQ guidelines.
Review and update existing CAPEX and Project Management planning and execution, creating new ones if necessary.
Supervises the equipment stock (branding material, dispensers...).
Defines and implements preventive maintenance programs for assets (point of sales) and administrates Maintenance software (Daisy).
Collaborates with the Procurement division to contract goods and services required in the best economical and quality conditions.
Trains relevant TEMPR personnel in Safety at Works (Prevention Plans, etc.) and participates in their preparation for projects
Manages project communication interfaces with other departments such as CODIR, Accounting, Sales, HR, & Legal.
Monitors project costs to stay within approved budgets, ensures contract execution in compliance with TEMPR control guidelines, and provides work certifications for projects under his direct responsibility.
Oversee that contractor's execution is performed in compliance with internal and government safety standards.
Coordinates and oversees Service station project execution.
Completes asset capitalization process for all projects.
Participates actively in the development of the necessary documentation required in any Safety Management System implementation.
Executes other activities assigned by Management (assistant to other departments/functions, implementation of new initiatives, special assignments).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The requirements for this position are as follows:
Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, required.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Fluent English, Fluent Spanish.
5+ years' experience in operation or engineering in the oil distribution industry.
Computer skills (SAP investment module, Access, Excel, Daisy).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge and experience in retail network, commercial, and marketing activities, highly preferred.
Good communication skills including supervision and interpersonal skills. Team Building skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge in Spanish, is preferred
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under minimum supervision.
