Legal Assistant

*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clerical work and legal administrative support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment.
*Duties*
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness
- Assist in preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
*Experience*
- Proficiency in Word, SUMAC and KARIBE software
- Knowledge of Contracts law, Family law, or Civil law is advantageous
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Ability to write clearly and concisely
