WHAT YOU WILL DO Operational Focus: Primary Operator of lighting systems for events in the Worship Center and other production-heavy venues at the Lake Forest Campus.Support weekly mid-week events and system maintenance as directed by Production Director.Serve as project lead for set builds.Serve as campus shift leader as assigned. Oversee daily project setups and event management to ensure consistency and high levels of customer service.LED wall and Resolume Areana management/operation (Video Content Coordinator/Editor). Developmental Focus: Provide leadership support to Student and Children's Ministries in lighting and stage design. Recruit, train, and schedule lighting volunteers for the Lake Forest Worship Center. Administrative Focus: Report and manage repairs of lighting system equipment. (coordinate through the Production Director).Weekly check-ins with lighting team volunteers.Manage lighting rental contracts for all needs outside Lake Forest resources. Conferences and Special Events: Assist in providing technical services for conferences and special events.Set, operate, and strike outdoor lighting systems.Coordinate lighting needs between technical and conference support teams. WHAT YOU HAVE DONE 2 years of experience with high-end lighting systems.Highly organized and self-motivated. Detail-oriented producing excellence in service execution.Proficiency in programming a high fixture count/moving heads, also utilizing advanced scene management.In-depth knowledge of large format Lighting and Display Systems and related equipment. Excellent interpersonal skills, both in technical and non-technical environments. WHAT WE OFFER

Saddleback Church's pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity and budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. The minimum pay for this position is expected to be $66,560-$70,000 per year. A wage posted does not guarantee a specific salary for a job offer.
