ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Determine the final product requirements based on job specifications, including appearance and measurement Ensure that all of the quality check procedures put in place by the company is followed during every production phase Ability to commit to flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shifts. Be able to work at CWW-B shift schedule (6PM-6AM, Sunday to Tuesday and every other Saturday) EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED High school diploma/GED required 3+ years' experience in LTCC work or similar training. Punching tape, screen printing, electrical testing, visual inspection and automatic inspection machines. Experience on either mechanical or laser puncher, via fill and conductor line screen printer, laminator, CNC machine and/or Microcraft Tester Hands on experience of inspection of LTCC punched and printed sheets using stereoscope and microscope Familiar with metrology tools, such as AOI, Hologenix and MC tester Good with verbal and written communication, such as inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem Good team playerDetermine the final product requirements based on job specifications, including appearance and measurement

The pay range for this role in Baldwin Park, CA is between $19.90 and $26.15. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
