In the Manager, Engineering role you will manage a full-stack team of 8 engineers that keep our product up and running. The focus of this team is key to Stavvy's product as they manage the digital document signing process for our end-users. In this role you will report into one of the Senior Managers, Engineering. Outside of the technical skills listed below, we are looking for someone that can understand our business requirements, user experience desires, and technical challenges deeply enough to translate across the business to all parties involved to ensure a consistent understanding throughout the software development lifecycle. We need someone who wants to grow alongside the team and places emphasis on fostering the development of this amazing group of engineers.
