Job Description: As a Managing Associate at National Life Group, you will lead your own Financial Advisor Team and play a pivotal role in both your clients' financial success and your team's professional development. Responsibilities: Leadership Recruitment: Recruit a minimum of three full-time agents who meet earnings requirements within the first 12 months, manage a three-person to eight-person unit, and work closely with senior leadership to enhance your skill set.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.Financial Portfolio Management: Analyze market trends to optimize client portfolios and craft personalized financial strategies that turn clients' financial aspirations into realities.Team Collaboration Training: Collaborate with a team of experts to enhance services and contribute to the team's success while benefiting from a comprehensive five-year training regime designed to build a 7-figure practice.Qualifications: Proven experience in financial advising, recruiting, and team management.Pursuing or holding FINRA S7 and S66 certifications.Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.Uncompromising integrity and strong analytical skills.Compensation: $105,720 - $202,535 yearly
