The successful candidate will be tasked with growing revenue by selling new and additional experience measurement, data analytics, and insights solutions to existing health system and provider clients, as well as targeted prospects. This role requires a strategic approach to client relationships, with a focus on retaining existing client revenue and leading the overall client strategy. The Managing Director will be accountable for meeting financial growth targets, creating and executing comprehensive client and territory plans, and staying abreast of the entire product portfolio to effectively position the company's offerings in the market.
Applicants should have 5-10 years of account management or sales experience, with a solid understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges within the healthcare industry. The role demands excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, as well as a strong ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, particularly within the executive suite. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and be adept at strategic planning and business development. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and the role may involve travel of up to 50% or more.
