The successful candidate will be tasked with growing revenue through the sale of new solutions to existing clients and targeted prospects. This role requires a strategic approach to client relationships, with a focus on retaining and expanding existing business. The Managing Director will be responsible for meeting financial growth targets, creating and executing client and territory plans, and staying abreast of the product portfolio and market to identify growth opportunities. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively across the organization to fulfill client needs.

Applicants for the Managing Director position should have 5-10 years' of account management or sales experience, with a solid understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges within the healthcare industry. The role demands a results-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a solid knowledge of strategic planning and business development, and a proven track record in leadership and organizational management. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and the candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% or more.
