Raytheon is looking to fill our Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Controller position located in Forest, MS. The MRP Controller professional understands and applies material management principles that enable them to develop solutions to a variety of problems.
What You Will Do Manages factory Demand in support of achieving MRP schedules that support customer requirements. Daily transportation of material between locations, via pushcart. Analyzes material availability in support of contract requirements, communicate factory priorities, identifying barriers and solutions to enable the factory to meet tact rate, and takes appropriate action to ensure program goals are achieved. Coordinate activities between numerous groups. Tracking daily work in progress. Communicate within an IPT environment. Provide inventory accuracy, supply health metrics, work with stakeholders & peers to develop and implement release. This position is an onsite role. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, Finance or related field. Experience with Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and/or SAP programs. Experience in Production and Planning Control fundamentals including MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Lean Manufacturing Experience with Microsoft office 365. The salary range for this role is 57,000 USD - 115,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
