The Patient Concierge position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.
We are seeking a Patient Concierge to join our dedicated team at the Institute for Human Reproduction in Oak Brook, IL. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and check in patients, verify information, and direct them to appropriate departments. Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with clinical staff. Maintain patient records, process billing information, and collect copays. Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area. Other duties and project as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a medical office preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or front-office clinic setting (preferred). Experience in women's health or fertility settings (preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$19.00 - $23.00 hourly
The compensation range for this position is between $19.00 and $23.00 per hour.Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
