Job DescriptionAs a Meetings & Events Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all clients.Completing the sales process to the highest standard. The process includes initial enquiry, site inspection, personalised proposal, contract and follow up.Event management and preparation on Banquet Event Orders. Complete ownership of each event preparation and delivery of confirmed business.Clear communication with all hotel operations to ensure the professional and seamless delivery of all events.QualificationsREAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:Experience in Events Management preferably in a hotel.Strong communication and networking skills.Impeccable personal presentation.Guest experience management.Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.Opera Cloud knowledge or an attitude to quickly learn a new software.Additional InformationYour team and working environment: We are Dream Makers and committed to creating memorable moments for our guests and colleagues inspired by our authentic warmth and essence of generosity.
